I’ve always believed that good business comes down to one simple idea: keep delivering what your customers truly need and value, and they’ll keep coming back. The tricky part is making that happen, and that’s where I love to step in and help.

MY BACKGROUND
A degree in criminology might seem an odd place to start, but it taught me about human behaviour, what influences decision making, and how to uncover what really matters. That curiosity took me into customer research, where I found my feet (and my passion).
Those early days working with customers directly, hearing firsthand what they valued, what frustrated them, and what they needed, became the foundation for everything I’ve done since. With that grounding, I moved into marketing and never looked back.
My career has covered everything from product launches to retention strategies, marketing automation to sales enablement, across New Zealand, Australia, and the UK.
Over time, I moved into cross-functional senior leadership roles, deepening my commercial skills and gaining hands-on experience in aligning teams, building sales capability, and driving sustainable growth.

I'm based at FryerHQ in the sunny Hawke's Bay. Through technology, and travel when required, I support customers throughout Australia and New Zealand.
