About me

I’ve spent my career marketing and selling products to the business market.  And I firmly believe it’s different from selling to consumers.  It needs a different mindset and skillset. 

Yes, we’re all human at the end of the day, and B2B marketing should recognise that, not treat people like robots (or worse, be boring because "it's business").  But buying for business is different than buying as a consumer, and marketing should reflect that.  The products are more complex, with higher costs and risks, longer sales cycles, and multiple decision makers.

B2B businesses deserve better than marketing that repurposes consumer tactics and hopes for the best.  You deserve marketing designed for your audience, and marketing that works. 

With more than 15 years’ experience as both a B2B marketer and a business leader, I’ve sat on both sides of the table, selling the products and buying them.  I now help businesses to tell their story clearly, stand out, and grow.
